OFET Based Sensor for Dimethyl Methylphosphonate Gas Detection

摘要: 有机场效应晶体管(Organic field effect transistor, OFET)气体传感器能够有效对甲基膦酸二甲酯气体进行检测。该器件晶体管电学性能稳定, 通过搭建动态气体测试系统, 能够实现气体实时响应/恢复检测。使用并五苯有机场效晶体管检测沙林模拟试剂甲基膦酸二甲酯, 静态测试中检测限达到8 ppm, 动态气体测试中检测限可达10 ppm。Abstract: In this work, we demonstrate an OFET based sensor for dimethyl methylphosphonate gas detection.The electrical properties of the device were tested, showing excellent electrical properties.The dynamic gas testing system is built for real-time response/recovery detection.The detection limits are 8 ppm in static test, and 10 ppm in dynamic gas test.
