Abstract:
Electrochemical biosensor is an effective approach for the detection of analytes with high precision; it has many applications in the determination of concentration of H
2O
2,glucose,uric acid,cholesterol,nitrate,DNA and so on. 1D nanoarray provides a promising platform for the construction of electrochemical biosensor,achieving excellent repeatability and reproducibility,high sensitivity and low detection limit. In this review,approaches for the fabrication of 1D nanoarray in the past five years are demonstrated and research progress of various electrochemical biosensors based on 1D nanoarray is also reviewed.
