一维纳米阵列制备及其在电化学生物传感器中的应用

Fabrication of 1D Nanoarrays and Their Application in Electrochemical Biosensors

  • 摘要: 电化学生物传感器是一种高效、准确检测物质浓度的一种手段,在过氧化氢、尿酸、葡萄糖、胆固醇、硝酸盐以及DNA等物质的检测中取得了丰硕的科研成果。采用一维纳米阵列为基体构筑电化学生物传感器可以改善其综合性能,获得良好的可重复性、较高的灵敏度、较低的检测极限等。本文综述了在过去五年时间内一维纳米阵列的主要合成方法,回顾和总结了近年来基于一维纳米阵列的各种电化学生物传感器的研究进展。

     

    Abstract: Electrochemical biosensor is an effective approach for the detection of analytes with high precision; it has many applications in the determination of concentration of H2O2,glucose,uric acid,cholesterol,nitrate,DNA and so on. 1D nanoarray provides a promising platform for the construction of electrochemical biosensor,achieving excellent repeatability and reproducibility,high sensitivity and low detection limit. In this review,approaches for the fabrication of 1D nanoarray in the past five years are demonstrated and research progress of various electrochemical biosensors based on 1D nanoarray is also reviewed.
