基于TOP243Y的多路输出开关电源高频变压器的优化设计

Optimization design of multiple output switching power supply high frequency transformer based on TOP243Y

  • 摘要: 以TOP243Y为控制芯片构成的多路输出反激式开关电源,具有体积小、集成度高、功能强等优点,其中高频变压器的设计计算对多路输出开关电源的整体性能影响较大。在设计计算的基础上应用PI公司PIXls Designer 8软件对变压器参数进行优化可以达到提高电压准确度、减小纹波的效果。从实验数据和波形看出,该开关电源的稳压性、电磁兼容性均良好,达到了设计要求。

     

    Abstract: With TOP243Y as control chip of multiplexed output flyback switch power supply,has the advantages of small volume,high integration and strong function,and the high-frequency transformer design and calculation large effect on the overall performance of multiple output the switch power supply.Based on the design computation using PI PIXls Designer 8 software to optimize the parameters of the transformer can be achieved to improve voltage accuracy,reducing the ripple effect.Seen from the experimental data and waveform of the switching power supply regulator,electromagnetic compatibility are good,meet the design requirements.
