基于Eyring连续模型电流变液阻尼特性研究

Research of electrorheological fluids damper using an Eyring continuous constitutive relationship

  • 摘要: 基于屈服前后平滑过渡的Eyring连续本构模型,建立了电流变液三种基本工作模式(剪切、流动及挤压)的阻尼力学模型。设计制造了一剪切模式阻尼装置和测试装置,实验数据通过优化判定过程确定了Eyring模型两个流变参数的最优值及各参数与电场强度之间关系。剪切模式阻尼装置力学模型理论结果和实验数据进行了比较,两者符合的较好。

     

    Abstract: Three basic modes(shear,flow and squeeze) electrorheological fluids damper characteristics were established through Eyring continuous constitutive model,which has a smooth transition from preyield to postyield region.A shear mode damper and the test system were manufactured.Experimental data were used to identify the two optimal rheological parameters of the Eyring Model by an optimizing procedure.The predicted and experimental results of the shear mode damper characteristics agree with each other very well.
