3V、千法级超大容量电容器研究

Study of the 3 V kilo-farads supercap acitor

  • 摘要: 超大容量电容器亦称双电层电容器,具有比传统电容器高得多的能量密度和比电池高得多的功率密度。采用活性炭作电极活性物质,得到单体比容量为52 F·g-1,并通过并联、串联组装出了电压为3 V、容量为1000 F左右的超大容量电容器,经过测试得其等效串联内阻(ESR)为56 mΩ,等效漏电电阻约为170 Ω,漏电电流为15 mA。测试了双电层电容器的充放电性能、负载性能、漏电特性等,并对双电层电容器充放电和漏电过程进行了讨论。

     

    Abstract: Supercapacitors,known as Double-Layer Capacitors,have higher energy density than conventional capacitors and higher power density than batteries.Specific capacitance of 52 F·g-1 in a single cell was achieved In this work,by using activated carbon as electrode material.Furthermore,a 3 V capacitor with the capacit ance of 1000 F was prepared in series and parallel connection.Its equivalent series resista nce(ESR)was measured to be 56 mΩ,the equivalent leakage resistance and leakage current were 170 Ω and 15 mA respectively.The performa nces of charge/discharge cycle,load and leakage were also studied.Some discussion was made in the galvanstatic charge/discharge and leak process.
