S带电阻网膜型吸波石膏板设计与电磁污染控制特性研究

Design and characteristics of Grid-type resistive film absorber composite with gypsum plank

  • 摘要: 基于电磁波吸收理论,成功制备出一种薄型宽频化的网膜型吸波石膏复合功能材料。电磁波吸收特性研究表明,电阻网膜复合厚度1.1cm石膏板体系,吸收峰值在3.2~3.3GHz达到-25d B,S带吸收率低于-10d B的带宽达到了83%,相比同阻值纯电阻膜吸收体可实现大幅宽化、减薄,且具有更好的实用性,可用于建筑室内S带(2GHz~4GHz)电磁污染控制与电磁干扰防护。

     

    Abstract: On account of the theory of electromagnetic wave absorption,a thin-disk,wide-band,wide-angle Grid-type absorbing composite material was successfully prepared. Through a number of contrastive experiments,test indicated that the absorber,which compounded with Grid-type resistive film and thickness of 1. 1cm gypsum board,had an absorbing peak reached-25 db in 3. 2 ~3. 3 GHz. The absorption rate bandwidth below-10 dB in S-band reached 83%,compared with pure resistive film absorber,the material realized sharply wide-band,thin-disk,and had better practicability. Achievement can be used for indoor electromagnetic interference shielding and pollution protection in S-band.
