Abstract:
In present work, the sintering behavior, microwave dielectric properties as well as microstructure of Zr-substituted solid solution with general formula (Pb
0.45Ca
0.55)(Fe
1/2Nb
1/2)O
3 (PCFN) were investigated. The experimental results show that these ceramics can be sintered at a relatively low temperature of 1200 ℃/2 h. The PCFNZ ceramics at x=0.025 has excellent dielectric properties at microwave frequency:
Q·f=9828 GHz,
εr=91,τ
f=9 ppm/℃. The insertion loss of two-hole band pass filter made of PCFNZ ceramics at the center frequency of 928.4 MHz is 2.469 dB, which fulfilled the requirement that the insertion loss should be smaller than 3 dB.
