掺杂ZrO2对(Pb,Ca)(Fe,Nb)O3陶瓷微波特性的影响

Effect of Zr-substitution on microwave dielectric of properties (Pb,Ca)(Fe,Nb)O3 ceramics

  • 摘要: 研究了B位Zr掺杂对(Pb0.45Ca0.55)(Fe1/2Nb1/2)O3(PCFN)陶瓷的烧结行为、微观结构及微波介电性能的影响。试验结果表明,PCFNZ陶瓷能在相对较低的温度下烧结(1200 ℃/2 h),在x=0.025时,有较高的Q·f值,它的微波介电性能:Q·f=9828 GHz,εr=91,τf=9 ppm/℃,用这种材料做成的带通滤波器在中心频率为928.4 MHz下,插入损耗为2.469 dB,满足插入损耗应小于3 dB的要求。

     

    Abstract: In present work, the sintering behavior, microwave dielectric properties as well as microstructure of Zr-substituted solid solution with general formula (Pb0.45Ca0.55)(Fe1/2Nb1/2)O3 (PCFN) were investigated. The experimental results show that these ceramics can be sintered at a relatively low temperature of 1200 ℃/2 h. The PCFNZ ceramics at x=0.025 has excellent dielectric properties at microwave frequency:Q·f=9828 GHz,εr=91,τf=9 ppm/℃. The insertion loss of two-hole band pass filter made of PCFNZ ceramics at the center frequency of 928.4 MHz is 2.469 dB, which fulfilled the requirement that the insertion loss should be smaller than 3 dB.
