Abstract: With the continuous development of power systems,the number of operations of transformer on-load tap changers has gradually increased,and the wear and failure during the work process have also increased. Therefore,it is very important for its regular inspection. The mechanical vibration signal analysis of the on-load tap-changer is introduced. A fault online analyzer based on vibration signal is introduced. The superiority and reliability of the function are proved by the specific case diagnosis on site.
