Abstract:
By XRD 、SEM analysis and logρ-t measurement at alter temperature and alter frequency,resistance temperature characteristics of Co-Mn-Ni-O
2 and frequency relationship were researched.In a range of frequencies(0.1~1MHz) and temperature(-70~100℃),the change of resistance-temperature characteristics is observed for spinel CoMn
1.4Ni
0.6O
4 thermistor.The change of resistance-temperature characteristics is from PTC(positive temperature coefficient)to NTC(negative temperature coefficient).The temperature(-70~-10℃) and frequency(0.1~1MHz)of transform point are related with material resistivity.On the basis of the relationship of conductance σ、concentration of carrier n and mobility of carries μ,this phenomenon is preliminary explained.
