Abstract:
The lattice of YFe
10V
2 is expanded by hydrogen. Hydrogen increases both the magnetization and Curie temperature, but decreases Fe-Fe interaction coefficient. Hydrogen does not change the uniaxial anisotropy of YFe
10V
2 but decreases it obviously. Mossbauer spectra have showed that the hperfine field and isomer shift of each Fe site are increased by hydrogen, and the increment becomes smaller at low temperature, The Mossbauer spectrum results, combining with the magnetization measurement. have proved the existence of the moment of Y and V atom which are antiferromagnetically coupled with Fe moment
