Abstract: This paper gives a systemic introduction of the characteristics and structures of the polymer-based nonvolatile memory with electrical bistable states.Meanwhile, it summarizes roundly the physical and chemical mechanism of the transition between high resistance state and low resistance state, which provides more helpful guidance for the research on the polymer-based nonvolatile memory with electrical bistable states.
