1-3型压电复合材料的机械品质因素

Mechanical quality factor property of 1-3 piezoelectric composites

  • 摘要: 采用切割-填充法制作1-3型压电复合材料,PZT-5A作为压电相,改性618环氧树脂作为聚合物相。研究了1-3型压电复合材料的机械品质因素Qm值与压电相的体积分数及形状参数的关系。压电相的体积分数及形状参数优选后的1-3型压电复合材料可获得较低的机械品质因素Qm值,其值可达10,谐振频率可达850kHz,频带宽度可达86kHz。

     

    Abstract: 1-3 piezoelectric composites were fabricated by using cut-filling method that PZT-5A wasused as piezoelectric phase and modified 618epoxy resin wasused as polymer phase.The dependence of mechanical quality fa ctor,Qm,of 1-3piezoelectric composites on the volume fractions and dimensions of piezoelectric phase were investigated.The optimized 1-3piezoelectric composite material is of lower mechanical quality factor,with a Qm of 10measured at 850kHz and with a width of resonance frequency,WB,of 86kHz.
