电磁波屏蔽材料梯度功能设计(Ⅰ)——基本原理及材料可行性初探

FUNCTIONALLY GRADIENT DESIGN OF ELECTROMAGNETIC SHIELDING MATERIAL

  • 摘要: 为了达到低反射、高吸收的屏蔽效果,提出了“双阻抗匹配层+双阻抗过渡区+高吸收区”的电磁波屏蔽材料梯度功能设计模型,详细阐述了设计思路和理论依据。以Ni/铁氧体复合材料为例,对屏蔽材料梯度功能设计的材料可行性进行了初探。结果表明:现有的导电屏蔽材料(Ni)和阻抗匹配材料(铁氧体)通过成份调整,能满足屏蔽材料梯度功能设计的要求。

     

    Abstract: In order to obtain a low reflection and high absorption shielding effect, in this paper a shielding matenal’s design model-SFGM (shielding functionally gradient material) design, i.e.: “double impedance matching layer + double impedance transition layers + high absorption layer” is put forward, then its theoretical basis and designing idea are expatiated in detail. Furthermore, Ni/ferrite composites are taken as an example to explore the material feasibility of SFGM. Results showed that, the functionally gradient design of shielding material is practical.
