水性镍基电磁屏蔽涂料的研究

摘要: 叙述了水性镍基电磁屏蔽涂料的制作及涂层的有关性能,探讨了水、温度、涂层厚度等因素对屏蔽涂层的电阻率及电磁屏蔽效能的影响规律。试验表明,在频率为9KHz-1000MHz范围内,屏蔽效能为45-60dB。Abstract: An electromagnetic shielding coating based on conductive Ni powders was developed,the prparation technology and the properties of the coatings were investigated.The influences of water,temperature,thickness of coatings on electromagnetic shielding effectiveness were discussed.The experimental results show that the shielding efficiency is from 45dB to 60dB at the range of frequency from 9kHz to 1000MHz.
