Abstract:
A hybrid material consisting of magnetic nanoparticles(MPs) and quantum dots(QDs) was synthesized by using reverse micelle method.VSM、UV absorption spectra、PL and TEM were used to characterize the sample. The conjugation mechanism was briefly discussed. The influence of the reaction conditions on the properties of Fe
3O
4/CdS was investigated. With increasing water droplet size,a PL emission across most of the visible spectrum demonstrate a systematic red-shift in wavelength. And the shell thickness of the hybrid material is also influenced by the change of water droplet size.In addition,a notable photoluminescence(PL) intensity dropping is observed in the hybrid material with introducing more MPs.According to that, the mol ratio between the MP and QD precursor is better adjusted to 0.25~0.5.
