微波快速合成硫化锶铜铋磷光体及Bi3+对Cu+的敏化发光

SrS:Bi3+, Cu+PHOSPHORS QUICK-SYNTHESISED BY MICROWAVE RADIATION METHOD AND THEIR PHOTOLUMINESCENCE PROPERTIES

  • 摘要: 本文首次采用微波辐射法(MicrowaveRadiationMethod,简称MRM)快速合成了以SrS为基质、Cu+、Bi3+为共激活剂的长余辉蓝绿色光致发光磷光体,其激发和发射主峰波长分别为267和521 nm,长余辉时间约为0.5 h。系统考察了在单掺杂和双掺杂情况下的发光规律,发现Bi3+与Cu+之间存在着能量传递作用,且Bi3+对Cu+具有很强的敏化和猝灭效应。

     

    Abstract: A pure SrS host and SrS:Bi3+, Cu+ phosphors with blue green color afterglow were synthesized by microwave radiation method (MRM) for the first time. The crystal structures were determined by XRD. The influence of different Bi3+ and Cu+ concentrations on luminescent properties of these phosphors were studied. The experimental results show that the main peak values of the excitation and the emission spectra of the products obtained under microwave radiation conditions were constantly at 267 and 521 nm, respectively. The optical time of the afterglow of the phosphor dopped with Bi3+ and Cu+ was about 0.5 h.
