镍钛合金超弹性支架抗压缩性能的实验与分析
Testing and analysis of anti-compression properties of nitinol superelastic stent

摘要: 首先对有限元软件Ansys中镍钛合金材料模型的准确性进行了研究,然后对两种镍钛合金支架的抗压缩性能进行了模拟分析与实验验证,结果证明有限元法可以在一定程度上替代支架原型的测试工作。在此基础上,又进一步系统地分析了一种支架设计中筋的尺寸变化对支架抗压缩性能的影响。结果显示,增加支架筋的宽度和厚度都能够提高支架的抗压缩性能,且这两个方向上尺寸的增加对提高支架抗压缩性能的作用基本相当。Abstract: The material model for shape memory alloys was tested and verified by Ansys firstly.Then two nitinol stents' anti-compression properties were stimulated and tested.The results show that simulations for two nitinol stents conform to those of the experiments,that indicates finite element method(FEM) can be employed in stent testing to some extent.Finally the influence of the stents' dimension on the stent's resistance to compression is systematically analyzed.The results show that the stent’s radial strength is improved with the increasing of the strut’s width or thickness,and their influences are almost equivalent.
