抑制多级降压收集极二次电子发射的研究进展

Study on the Suppression of Secondary Electron Emissionfor MDC Electrodes

  • 摘要: 简述了热解石墨、高纯各向同性石墨和无氧铜材料的二次电子发射特性,以及离子束表面改性对二次电子发射特性的影响。分析表明热解石墨和高纯各向同性石墨的二次电子发射系数均明显低于无氧铜的二次电子发射系数,并且通过离子束表面改性后二次电子发射系数能够得到进一步的降低。同样的,离子束表面改性后的无氧铜的二次电子发射系数也得到一定的降低,并且还有很大的发展空间。

     

    Abstract: The secondary electron emission characteristic of pyrolytic graphite,high-purity isotropic graphite and copper are introduced,and the effect of ion beam surface modification on secondary electron emission characteristic is also descriped.The results indicate that the secondary electron emission yield of pyrolytic graphite and high-purity isotropic graphite are apparently lower than the secondary electron emission yield of copper,and their secondary electron emission yield can be further reduced by ion beam surface modification.Similarly,the secondary electron emission yield of ion-textured copper has certain degree of reduction,and there is still large space for developmemt.
