Au、Au@SiO2纳米颗粒的制备及光学性能的研究

Synthesis and optical properties of gold nano-particles and gold-silica complexes

  • 摘要: 基于Frens法, 通过对溶剂用量的调整, 制备出粒径不同的金纳米颗粒(AuNPs), 进而设计构建出壳层厚度不同的单分散的金包覆二氧化硅纳米核壳结构(Au@SiO2)。用透射电子显微镜观测了实验条件变化所引起的金纳米颗粒形貌和尺寸的变化情况, 并用紫外可见分光光度计表征了随着颗粒形貌和尺寸的变化金纳米颗粒的等离子体共振峰位的变化; 通过紫外可见分光光度计进一步表征了通过壳层厚度的调节, 金包覆二氧化硅纳米核壳结构吸收峰位的移动规律。

     

    Abstract: Different diameter of Au nano-particles were synthesized by adjustment of solvent dosage based on Frens method, then different shell thickness of monodispersed Au@SiO2 core-shell nanostructure were fabricated. The changes of morphology and size of gold nano-particles caused by the changes of experimental conditions were observed by transmission electron microscope, and the changes of plasma resonance peak positions of gold nano-particles with the changes of particle morphology and size were observed by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer. With the adjustment of shell thickness, the shift rule of absorption peak position was observed by UV-Vis spectrophotometer.
