高次谐波抑制LTCC滤波器的设计与实现

摘要: 提出了一种新型的具有高次谐波抑制特性的低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)带通滤波器。该滤波器电路由磁耦合的五级谐振腔组成,每个谐振腔均由金属柱加载金属片实现,金属片对地大电容增强了结构本身的慢波效应,从而有效减小了滤波器的体积,提高了带外衰减,实现了高次谐波抑制。运用三维电磁仿真软件HFSS建模仿真,设计了一款中心频率为5.14GHz,带宽为1.48GHz的带通滤波器,阻带9.15GHz~30GHz内的衰减均优于70dB,高次谐波被抑制到30GHz处,体积仅为5.4mm×2.2mm×1.2mm。测试结果与仿真结果较为吻合。与目前存在的一些谐波抑制滤波器相比,本文设计的滤波器衰减程度更强,抑制范围更广,在应用中更具优势。Abstract: A novel low temperature co-fired ceramic(LTCC) bandpass filter(BPF) with high-order harmonic suppression is proposed. The circuit of this filter is composed of five resonant cavities by magnetic coupling,and each resonant cavity is realized by a metal column loading a metal sheet. The large capacitance of metal sheets to the ground enhances the slow-wave effect of the structure itself,which thus effectively reduces the volume of the filter,improves the attenuation outside the band and realizes the high-order harmonic suppression. By the three-dimensional electromagnetic simulation software HFSS modeling and simulating,a bandpass filter with a center frequency of 5.14 GHz and a bandwidth of 1.48 GHz is designed. The attenuation in the stop band from 9.15 GHz to 30 GHz is better than 70 d B,and high-order harmonics are suppressed to 30 GHz. The volume is only 5.4 mm×2.2 mm×1.2 mm. The evaluation results show a good match with the simulation results. Compared with some existing harmonicsuppression filters,the filter designed in this paper has stronger attenuation degree,wider suppression range and more advantages in application.
