Abstract:
three-dimensional modeling and simulation have been combined to design a new SMA actuator based on compliant mechanism,and mathematical modeling has also been established to analyze the impact of actuator’s parameters on the driving performance.A 90X90X25mm prototype with 80g has been made,and experimental study on the maximum output angle,maximum output torque and response speed have been done.A series of experiments prove that the actuator has lightweight,two-way drive,larger output angle and output torque characteristics.
