新型SMA扭转驱动器设计及实验研究

Design and Experimental Study of a New SMA Rotary Actuator

  • 摘要: 应用三维建模与仿真分析相结合的设计方法,设计了一种基于柔顺机构的新型SMA扭转驱动器,并数学建模分析了驱动器各参数对驱动器性能的影响。制作了一个80g,90×90×25mm的样机模型,并对驱动器的最大输出角度、最大输出扭矩和响应速度进行了实验研究,实验证明驱动器具有轻质、双向驱动、输出角度和输出扭矩较大等特点。

     

    Abstract: three-dimensional modeling and simulation have been combined to design a new SMA actuator based on compliant mechanism,and mathematical modeling has also been established to analyze the impact of actuator’s parameters on the driving performance.A 90X90X25mm prototype with 80g has been made,and experimental study on the maximum output angle,maximum output torque and response speed have been done.A series of experiments prove that the actuator has lightweight,two-way drive,larger output angle and output torque characteristics.
