混合溶剂协同效应对WO3形貌及气敏性能的影响

Influence of Mixed Solvent on the Morphology and Sensing Properties of WO3 Products

  • 摘要: 采用乙醇/乙二醇混合溶剂热方法,通过添加不同含量乙二醇成功合成了不同形貌的WO3微/纳米结构材料。并采用FESEM、XRD、气敏测试装置,分别对产物形貌、结构和性能进行表征。FESEM结果显示,随着乙二醇含量的增加,产物微结构由纳米片逐渐演变成纳米针,最后变成纳米线,且在乙二醇含量为20%时的纳米针为核/壳结构。XRD分析表明烧结前不同形貌的产物分属不同结构的水合氧化钨,550℃热处理后同属于单斜晶系WO3。气敏性能测试表明对于还原性气体,纳米针形貌产物敏感度最大,纳米片最小,而对于氧化性气体NO2,结果正好相反。

     

    Abstract: WO3 micro/nano-materials with different morphologies were successfully synthesized by an ethanol/glycol solvothermal approach.The morphology,microstructure and sensing property were characterized by FESEM,XRD and self-made sensing mechanism.FESEM shows that the microstructure is gradually evolved form nanowall,nanoneedle to nanowire with the addition of glycol.The core/shell structure will be present when the content of glycol arrives at 20%.XRD indicates that the products with different morphologies belong to tungsten oxide hydrate before annealing.After heat-treated at 550℃,all the products are converted to monoclinic WO3.For sensing properties,the nanoneedle in reductive gas is the strongest and the nanosheet is the lowest.On the contrary,the nanoneedle in oxidizing gas is the weakest and the nanosheet is the strongest.
