铁掺杂二氧化钛纳米晶的超声模板法制备及其光催化活性
Sono-template Synthesis of Fe-doped TiO2 Nanocrystals and Their Photocatalystic Activities

摘要: 以钛酸四丁酯和硝酸铁为原料并辅以十二烷基胺作模板剂,将超声化学法与模板技术相结合,制备了系列铁掺杂TiO2纳米晶。采用XRD、TEM、SAED等多种手段对制备产物晶型及形态形貌进行了表征。以降解水中偶氮染料活性艳红X-3B为探针反应,评价了掺铁TiO2纳米晶的光催化活性。结果表明,该法制得的铁掺杂TiO2是结晶良好的锐钛矿型纳米晶,具有粒径均匀、形态规整、形貌有序等特点,且可实现铁元素均匀有效的掺杂,掺铁5%时TiO2产物的光催化活性最佳。Abstract: Sonochemical method and template technology were used to prepare Fe-doped TiO2 nanocrystals using tetrabutylorthotitanate(TBOT) and Fe(NO3)3 as sources and dodecylamine as the template.XRD,TEM,and SAED were employed to characterize the Fe-doped TiO2 particles.The photocatalystic activity of as-prepared particles was studied by degradation of dye X-3B.The results indicated that the as-prepared particles had high content of anatase phase, regular shape and well-proportioned diameter.It is found that the addition of 5% Fe in mole fraction to TiO2 was the most effective for photocatalytic activity.
