Abstract: The optical constants of Ga_xIn_1-xAs_ySb_1-y MBE epitaxy layers with different compositions were studied by infrared ellipsometric spectroscopy at room temperature. The refraction indices enhancement were experimentally observed. The peak values of refractive indices change approximately as a linear function of composition between x=0.2~0.3.
