Abstract:
Through static mechanical analyzing on tubular hydrophone at lower operation frequency, atheoretical model on free-field voltage receiving sensitivity of radial polarized tubular hydrophone is obtained, the different liner materials and different thickness of piezocomposites affecting the properties of tubular hydrophone were investigated. Radial polarized tubular hydrophone was fabricated using 1-3 piezocomposites and the free-field voltage receiving sensitivity was tested. The theoretical calculated result is well identical with the experimental result.
