摘要: 本文采用提拉法生长了Nd:GGG晶体,对晶体组分过冷产生机理进行了研究。扫描电镜及其能谱分析结果表明组分过冷在晶体中产生了空洞,不同部位空洞中的成分分别为Gd4Ga2O9、Gd3GaO6和GdGaO3,观察了因组分过冷产生的位错,并讨论了克服组分过冷的措施。Abstract: Nd:GGG crystal was grown by Cz method,and the mechanism of constitutional supercooling was studied.The results was shown that the cavities was formed in Nd:GGG crystal,and the components of the cavities were Gd4Ga2O9,Gd3GaO6 and GdGaO3,at the same time,the dislocation formed during constitutional supercooling,was observed.At last,the measure to overcome the constitutional supercooling was dicussed.
