磁流变阻尼器磁路设计及磁饱和有限元分析

Magnetic design of MR damper and FEM analysis on saturation

  • 摘要: 针对磁流变阻尼器的典型磁路结构,阐述了磁流变阻尼器的磁路设计原理,并针对实例进行了设计计算,提出了避免设计中遇到的磁饱和现象的方法。利用ANSYS软件进行了有限元分析,表明了有限元方法在磁流变阻尼器磁路设计中的应用价值。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the typicalmagnetic path structure,the design principle of the magnetic path was discussed,an example of the design method to avoid the magnetic saturation was put forward.And the magnetic saturation was analyzed by the ANSYS FEM.The results show that the FEM method is valua-ble in the magnetic design of the magn eto-rheological dampers.
