摘要: 叙述了电泳芯片的设计和制作,并详细阐述了电泳芯片的进样方法,电泳操作方法等。实验结果表明,本系统能对DNA片段进行很好的分离和检测,检测极限已达到10^-19 mol。

Abstract: The electrophoretic chip was elaborated designed and manufactured.The method of sample injection and the operation of electrophoretic chip were also dem onstrated in detail.The results of experiments indicate that the electrophoretic chip system can well separate and detect the DNA fragments.The limit of detection is up to 10^-19 mol.
