碳化硅颗粒填充的碳纳米管/环氧树脂复合材料的吸波性能

Microwave Absorbing Properties of Carbon Nanotubes / Epoxy Resin Composites with SiC Particles

  • 摘要: 以碳纳米管、碳化硅颗粒为原料制备环氧树脂复合吸波材料,并对其吸波性能进行测试,研究了碳纳米管、碳化硅颗粒含量与复合材料吸波性能的关系。结果表明碳纳米管、碳化硅颗粒的含量对复合材料的吸波性能有较大影响。随碳纳米管含量的增加,碳纳米管/环氧树脂复合材料的吸波性能先提高后降低,碳纳米管含量存在最佳值(12%,质量分数)。将碳化硅颗粒填充到碳纳米管/环氧树脂复合材料中可提高其吸波性能,碳化硅颗粒的填充量存在最佳值(6%,质量分数)。

     

    Abstract: Epoxy resin composites with carbon nanotubes and SiC particles as the absorber were prepared, and their absorption properties were tested, and the relationship between carbon nanotubes, SiC particle content and the absorbing properties of composite materials were investigated.The results show that carbon nanotubes, SiC particle content have great effect on microwave absorbing properties.With carbon nanotube content increasing, the absorption properties of carbon nanotube/epoxy composites first increase and then decrease, and carbon nanotube content has an optimal value(12%, mass fraction).When the SiC particles are filled into carbon nanotubes/epoxy composites, the absorption properties of composites are improved.SiC particles filling content also has an optimal value(6%, mass fraction).
