玻璃层对Co基玻璃包覆非晶丝磁性能及其复合膜噪声抑制特性的影响
Influence of Glass Cover on Magnetic Property of the Co-based Amorphous Glass-Covered Wire and Noise Suppression Effect of Composite Films Containing the Wires

摘要: 本文通过交流磁滞回线研究了Co基玻璃包覆丝去除玻璃层前后的磁性能变化;制备了含有Co基玻璃包覆非晶丝的膜状噪声抑制材料,采用微带线测试系统测试了复合膜的S参数,并计算出功率损耗比,由此研究了丝材玻璃层对复合膜微波噪声抑制特性的影响。实验结果显示:在5kHz频率下,制备态玻璃包覆非晶丝的矫顽力大于去除玻璃层后丝材的矫顽力。去除玻璃层使复合膜在低频的反射增大,而在高频的反射总体上有所减小。同时还使复合膜样品在低频范围内的吸收增强,样品的吸收峰变宽。丝材去除玻璃层后,复合膜样品的禁带带宽明显增大,噪声抑制特性得到提高。含有去除玻璃层后丝材的复合膜样品在1.8 GHz至8.5 GHz频率范围内功率损耗比在80%以上,具有优异的微波噪声抑制特性。Abstract: Magnetic property change of the Co-based amorphous glass-covered wire before and after glass cover removal was investigated by AC hysteresis loop.Noise suppression film materials containing Co-based amorphous glass-covered wires were prepared.S parameters of the composite film were measured by microstrip measurement system.Power loss ratio was figured out through the S parameters.Influence of glass cover on microwave noise suppression effect of the composite films was investigated.The results show that the coercivity of the as-prepared amorphous glass-covered wire is larger than that of the wire after glass cover removal at the frequency of 5 kHz.The reflection of the composite film at lower frequency increases due to glass cover removal,while the reflection at higher frequency decreases.The absorption of the composite film at lower frequency increases,and the absorption peak becomes wider.The width of the stop band increases obviously and noise suppression effect gets strengthened when the glass cover of the wires is removed.The composite film containing wires after glass cover removal has excellent noise suppression effect,which power loss ratio is above 80% between 1.8Hz and 8.5Hz.
