Ag3PO4/GO光催化剂的结构及其光催化降解染料性能

Structure and Photocatalytic Dye Degradation of Ag3PO4/GO Photocatalysts

  • 摘要: 采用有机酸辅助调控和低温液相沉淀法制备Ag3PO4/氧化石墨烯(Ag3PO4/GO)光催化剂,采用FESEM、EDX、拉曼光谱和XRD对其结构进行了表征,研究了Ag3PO4/GO光催化剂光降解甲基橙染料的循环再生利用性能。结果表明:Ag3PO4/GO光催化剂对甲基橙染料的第一次光催化降解率为99.2%,第五次光催化降解率仍达85.2%。XRD表明Ag3PO4/GO光催化剂主要成分为高结晶度的Ag3PO4,拉曼光谱表明Ag3PO4/GO光催化剂具有氧化石墨烯的成分和结构。FESEM表明氧化石墨烯以薄片形式包覆在四面体晶型结构的磷酸银晶体表面,EDX表明Ag3PO4/GO光催化剂具有银、磷、氧和碳原子。

     

    Abstract: Ag3PO4/GO photocatalysts were prepared by organic acid assisted regulation and low temperature liquid phase precipitation. Structure of Ag3PO4/GO photocatalysts were characterized by FESEM, EDX, Raman spectra and XRD. The results showed that the photocatalytic degradation rate of methyl orange dyes by Ag3PO4/GO photocatalysts was 99.2% at the first time and 85.2% at the fifth time. XRD showed that Ag3PO4/GO photocatalyst was mainly composed of Ag3PO4 with high crystallinity, and Raman spectrum showed that Ag3PO4/GO photocatalyst had the composition and structure of GO. FESEM suggested that GO was coated in thin flakes on a tetrahedral silver phosphate crystal, and EDX demonstrated that Ag3PO4/GO photocatalyst had silver, phosphorus, oxygen, and carbon atoms.
