Abstract:
Ag
3PO
4/GO photocatalysts were prepared by organic acid assisted regulation and low temperature liquid phase precipitation. Structure of Ag
3PO
4/GO photocatalysts were characterized by FESEM, EDX, Raman spectra and XRD. The results showed that the photocatalytic degradation rate of methyl orange dyes by Ag
3PO
4/GO photocatalysts was 99.2% at the first time and 85.2% at the fifth time. XRD showed that Ag
3PO
4/GO photocatalyst was mainly composed of Ag
3PO
4 with high crystallinity, and Raman spectrum showed that Ag
3PO
4/GO photocatalyst had the composition and structure of GO. FESEM suggested that GO was coated in thin flakes on a tetrahedral silver phosphate crystal, and EDX demonstrated that Ag
3PO
4/GO photocatalyst had silver, phosphorus, oxygen, and carbon atoms.
