非晶软磁合金带材斜喷工艺模拟仿真

Simulation of Oblique Spray Technology for Amorphous Soft Magnetic Alloy Strip

  • 摘要: 为利用斜喷工艺更好地制备出超薄非晶带材, 采用ANSYS Fluent 14.5软件的二维K-E模型进行非晶带斜喷工艺的仿真模拟, 模拟了喷射角度、喷射压力、喷缝大小、喷射距离、温度等条件对拾取点钢液流速的影响并分析讨论相关模拟结果。结果表明, 采用斜喷工艺制备超薄高品质带材时宜采用工艺参数如下: 喷射角度为45°附近, 喷射距离在0.3mm以下, 喷嘴缝大小在0.2 mm-0.4 mm之间, 喷射压力在0.3-0.5Mpa, 而钢液温度宜在熔点以上80-120℃。

     

    Abstract: In order to make ultra-thin amorphous strip better by oblique spray technology, the two-dimensional K-E model of ANSYS Fluent 14.5 was used to simulate the oblique spray technology. the influence of spray angle, injection pressure, nozzle size, spray distance and temperature on the velocity of steel liquid on pick-up point were simulated, and the simulation results were discussed. The results shown that the optimum technical parameters for the preparation of ultra-thin strip were as follows: the spray angle is 45, the injection distance is less than 0.3 mm, the nozzle gap is between 0.2 mm-0.4 mm, the injection pressure is 0.3-0.5 Mpa, and the steel liquid temperature should be above the melting point of 80-120 ℃.
