A DIODE UTILIZING N-Ethyl-4-Acetylamino-1,8-Naphthalimide AS A LUMINESCENTING LAYER

  • 摘要: 合成了N-乙基-4-乙酰胺基-1,8-萘亚胺(NA)。结果表明,以NA为发光层,聚乙烯咔唑(PVK)为空穴传输层的多层薄膜发光器件Al/NA/PVK/ITO,在正相驱动电压为27.5V时,可获得150cd/m2的N-乙基-4-乙酰胺基-1,8-萘亚胺(NA)的黄绿光。

     

    Abstract: The compound of N-ethyl-4-acetylamino-1,8-naphthalimide was synthesized. It is shown that the EL of the multilayer organic diode Al/NA/PVK/ITO, using N-ethyl-4-acetylamino-1,8-naphthalimide as a luminescenting layer, poly-(9-vinylcarbazole)(PVK) as a hole transporting layer, reaches yellow-green brightness as high as 150cd/m2 when the injected voltage is 27.5V.
