Fe-Ga合金的性能及微小型化应用研究进展

Review of properties and miniaturization applications of Fe-Ga alloy

  • 摘要: 近年来,作为一种非常有潜在应用价值的新型超磁致伸缩材料,Fe-Ga合金由于其优异的综合性能引起了人们的广泛关注。本文主要综述了合金成分中Ga、Be、Co、C、Ni、Mo、Sn、Al等合金元素对Fe-Ga合金的性能影响;显微结构和磁畴对性能影响,以及Fe-Ga合金在微小型化器件加工中的应用研究进展。

     

    Abstract: In recent years,as a kind of very potential application value of the new type of magnetostrictive materials, Fe-Ga alloy caused the people’s extensive concern due to its excellent comprehensive performance. In this paper,the effects of alloy elements such as Ga,Be,Co,C,Ni, Mo, Sn,Al,the microstructure and magnetic domains of Fe-Ga alloys on the properties of Fe-Ga alloys were reviewed. The development of application of Fe-Ga alloys on miniaturized devices are discussed.
