压电驱动合成喷的设计及分析

Design and analysis of synthetic jet actuated by piezoelectric actuator

  • 摘要: 介绍了合成喷的基本原理,并分析了压电驱动合成喷设计的基本思路和关键点。对喷的两个重要部件:压电驱动器和腔体的尺寸设计作了分析和说明。讨论了合成喷的电输入参数,选择并实验研究了驱动器的相关特性。分析认为:压电驱动合成喷的尺寸设计应使\fracR_cR_m,hm和腔体体积V较小,而电输入则应选择为较高电压,频率为驱动器谐振基频的方波输入。

     

    Abstract: Basic principles of synthetic jet are introduced and key points of its design are pointed out.The design of two important parts:piezoelectric actuator and cavity is analyzed, the optimization of input parameters are discussed and experimentally investigated. The results show that:small \fracR_cR_m, h,m and V is good for size choice of synthetic jet, electrical input with its parameters as higher voltage, basic resonance frequency, square wave is the most efficient input for work of synthetic jet.
