  • 摘要: 讨论了ZnO-Bi2O3-Sb2O3-BaO系压敏陶瓷中铋添加剂含量对BaSb2O3、β Bi2O3等晶相形成的影响；同时研究了预烧、热处理等工艺在Bi含量不同时与上述晶相形成的关系。

     

    Abstract: In this paper the influence of Bi2O3 additive on the formation of BaSb2O6 and β-Bi2O3 phases in the varistor ceramics of ZnO-Bi2O3-Sb2O3-BaO system was investigated. The effect of technological processes such as preheating and heat-treatment on the phase formation in varistor ceramics with different Bi2O3 content was also studied.
