HYDROGENATION AND CRYSTALLIZATION OF Ti2Cu0.8Ni0.2 ALLOYS

  • 摘要: 对晶态及非晶态Ti2Cu0.8Ni0.2贮氢合金进行氢化。若吸氢程度不高,氢原子是填隙原子,进入钛四面体,对合金结构影响不大,保持晶态及非晶态状态。若提高吸氢温度,则不论是晶态或非晶态的合金,均会与氢发生作用,生成某种晶态合金及组成元素的氢化物,与原状态完全不同。在600℃加热,可使非晶态合金晶化为晶态Ti2Cu0.8Ni0.2

     

    Abstract: The crystalline and amorphous Ti2Cu0.8Ni0.2 were hydrogenated. At low degree of hydrogenation the hydrogen atom is ainterstitial atom which enter the tetrahedral hole of Ti. It does not affected deeply the structure of alloys. A solid solution was formed. If the hydrogenation is heavy, the alloys, both crystalline andamorphous, reacted with the hydrogen. Some alloy phases andhydrides different from the primary alloys were formed. Amorphous Ti2Cu0.8Ni0.2 crystallized to crystalline Ti2Cu0.8Ni0.2 during heating at 600℃.
