Ni添加对Ti0.39V0.29Mn0.12Cr0.2合金电化学性能的影响

Effect of Ni addition on electrochemical properties of Ti0.39V0.29Mn0.12Cr0.2 alloy

  • 摘要: 通过X射线衍射谱(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线能谱(EDS)、气态吸放氢行为(PCT曲线)、电化学充放电性能、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)以及线性极化曲线,研究了Ni添加对Ti0.39V0.29Mn0.12Cr0.2储氢合金电化学性能的影响。结果表明:Ti0.39V0.29Mn0.12Cr0.2的电化学活性很差,在碱液中几乎不能放电,添加Ni之后得到明显改善。随着Ni含量的增加,Ti0.39V0.29Mn0.12Cr0.2NiX(x=0~0.2)合金电极的放电容量先增大后减小,在x=0.1时达到最大值273mAh/g。

     

    Abstract: The effect of Ni addition on the electrochemical properties of the eletrode alloys Ti0.39V0.29Mn0.12-Cr0.2Nixx=0-0.2) was studied. It was investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscope (EDS), pressure-composition-temperature(PCT) curves, discharge curves, electrochemical impedance spectra (EIS) and linear polarization curves.The results show that the discharge performance of Ti0.39V0.29Mn0.12Cr0.2 alloy electrode is very poor becauseof low electrochemical activity, which could be greatly improved by Ni addition. With increase of Ni con-tent, the discharge capacity of Ti0.39V0.29Mn0.12Cr0.2Nixx=0~0.2) alloy electrodes increase first andthen decrease. When x=0.1, the maximum discharge capacity of 273mAh/g is achieved.
