基于混合信息增量矩阵的传感器网络故障自检测算法

Hybrid Information Increment Matrix-Based Fault Self-Detection Method in Wireless Sensor Network

  • 摘要: 针对无线传感器网络(WSNs,wireless sensor networks)故障检测过程中邻居协作导致额外的通信和计算负载的问题,提出一种用于无线传感器网络中的混合信息增量矩阵的故障自检测算法。该算法不需要邻居协作,通过对现有的基于局部信息增量矩阵的故障检测方法进行改进,以实现更好的故障检测能力。仿真结果表明,与局部信息增量矩阵算法相比,本算法具有更好的故障检测性能和鲁棒性,更适合于无线传感器网络的应用环境。

     

    Abstract: In context of wireless sensor networks (WSNs),fault detection by collaborating with neighbors brings additional communication and computation load. A hybrid information increment matrix-based Fault Self-Detection Method in WSN is proposed in the paper. This method is no need for collaboration with neighbors and improves the fault diagnosis method based on local information incremental matrix forgood performance in fault detection accuracy. Simulations show that the proposed method not only can reach a higher level of the performance in fault detection accuracy,but also can be more robust to change of size of the moving window and the training sets,co MPared with the fault diagnosis method based on local information incremental matrix.
