Abstract:
SnS films were deposited onto the ITO glass substrates by cathodic electrodeposition from aqueous solution containing SnSO
4 and Na
2S
2O
3 with pH =2.7,Sn
2+/S
2O
32-=1/5,deposition potential E=-0.72
-0.75V(vs.SCE),and the bath temperature at 30℃ to 50℃.The result shows that the bath temperature acts some effect on the structure and properties of the films. With the bath temperature increasing, the films are compacter and the peaks of the XRD diffraction are stronger. At the same time, the light absorption range of the films shifts towards the longer wavelength with the increasing of the bath temperature.
