晶格效应对锰钙钛矿相变温度的影响
Lattice effects on the metal-insulator transition temperature of manganese oxide perovskites

摘要: 研究了各种不同A位离子半径大小的钙钛矿型锰氧化物,分析了其对于材料的金属-绝缘体相变温度的影响,提出应将此类材料分成较大eg电子带宽和低eg电子带宽两类来考虑,并对这两类材料随A位R3+(R=La,Pr...)离子和M2+(M=Ca,Sr...)离子的不同半径大小显示出的不同规律给出了定性的解释。Abstract: The manganese oxide perovskites with different A-site cations are investigated. Largedisorder effects due to size difference between A-site R3+ and M2+ cations have been found. It’sinfluences on the metal-semiconductor transition temperature are analysed. It is pointed out that this kind of materials should be divided into two parts according to the electron’s bandwidth eg.Some qualitative explainations to this problem are put forward.
