Abstract:
PbO-B

3-based multicomponent glass additives were more effective to reduce the sintering temperature and maintain good microwave dielectric properties of (Pb,Ca,La)(Fe,Nb)O
3 (PCLFN) ceramics than pure glass with single component. Based on the glass formation theory and the energy minimum principle, the relations between the glass components and the microwave dielectric proper-ties of PCLFN ceramics were discussed. PbO-B

3-based glass additives can reduce the sintering temperature of PCLFN ceramics by 100~150℃. When the PCLFN ceramics sintered in air at 1000~1050℃, its Qf is 3945~4796 GHz and K is 100. Different compositions also affected the microwave dielectric properties of PCLFN ceramics. Of the three PbO-B
