水听器用钹式压电复合物的试验研究

AN EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF PIEZOELECTRIC COMPOSITES “CYMBAL”FOR HYDROPHONE APPLICATIONS

  • 摘要: 本文研究了金属端帽钹式 (Cymbal)压电复合物的等效等静压压电性能及自由场电压灵敏度。钹式压电复合物由在厚度方向极化的压电陶瓷片 (PZT - 5A)夹在两个薄的黄铜端帽之间 ,每一个端帽的内表面都有一个圆台形空穴。形状参数优选后的钹式压电复合物的等效等静压压电电荷常数dhe 及等效等静压压电电压常数 ghe分别达到6813 pC/N和 580× 10-3 Vm/N ,比相同尺寸的陶瓷元件分别要高出 136倍和 145倍。在频率为 1KHz时的自由场电压灵敏度达 - 190 dB。

     

    Abstract: Hydrostatic piezoelectric properties and free-field voltage sensitivity of piezoelectric composites with metal endcap’s “cymbal”was studied. The cymbal design consists of a piezoelectric ceramic disk (PZT-5A) poled in the thickness direction which is sandwiched between two thin metal endcaps, each of which contains a truncated cone-shaped cavity on its inner surface. Piezoelectric composites cymbal was optimized in dimensions and gave effective hydrostatic piezoelectric charge coefficient (dhe) values of 6813 pc/N and effective hydrostatic piezoelectric voltage coefficient (ghe) values above 580×10-3 Vm/N which was almost 136 times and 145 times higher than the same size of ceramic element respectively. The free-field voltage sensitivity of -190 dB at 1kHz was obtained.
