DLC薄膜在发动机滑动轴承上的相关应用

Application of DLC Film in Sliding Bearing of Engine

  • 摘要: 滑动轴承作为发动机的重要动力传输部件,轴承质量对发动机性能起至关重要的作用。介绍轴承的三种减磨合金材料:巴氏合金、铜基合金、铝基合金,通常铝基轴承会在材料上电镀一层过渡层来解决铝合金本身存在的问题。讨论了国内外DLC薄膜在滑动轴承上研究和应用状况,针对在铝基合金上镀膜存在较大应力的现象,提出镀过渡层,热退火处理和DLC薄膜中掺杂元素的方法来缓解应力。随着人们对发动机性能越来越高的要求,以及保护环境的需求,DLC薄膜在发动机轴承上有着巨大的发展前景。

     

    Abstract: Sliding bearing as an important power transmission component of the engine,the quality of bearing plays an important role in the performance of the engine.In this paper,three kinds of antifriction alloy materials are introduced:babbitt metal、Copper base alloy、Aluminum base alloy,generally,the alulninum base bearing can be plated on the material to solve the problem of aluminum alloy itself.In this paper,the research and application of DLC film at home and abroad are discussed.Aiming at the phenomenon that three is a great stress on the coating on aluminum alloy,the proposed methed is proposed to alleviate the shress of the transition layer,thermal annealing and doping elements in DLC films.With the increasing demands of the performance of the engine,and the need to protect the environment,DLC film has great development prospects in the engine bearing.
