(NaBi)x(LiLa)yBi2Nb2O9压电陶瓷及其在传感器上的应用研究

(NaBi)x(LiLa)yBi2Nb2O9 piezoelectric ceramics and its application research in accelerometer

  • 摘要: 采用传统固相法制备了(NaBi)x(Li La)yBi2Nb2O9压电陶瓷,研究了(NaBi)x(Li La)yBi2Nb2O9压电陶瓷的制备工艺。烧结温度为1130℃时,(NaBi)x(Li La)yBi2Nb2O9压电陶瓷的致密度达到最大;极化电压为13kV/mm时,压电常数达到最大。将上述陶瓷组装成压缩式传感器,在温度为25℃时,该传感器灵敏度为51.96pC/g,横向灵敏度为0.7%;振动频率在20-4000Hz时,灵敏度偏差在±10%的范围内;在25-530℃的灵敏度温漂小于12%。

     

    Abstract: (NaBi)x(Li La)yBi2Nb2O9 piezoelectric ceramics were prepared by the conventional solid state reaction method,the preparation processing of(NaBi)x(Li La)yBi2Nb2O9 piezoelectric ceramics was studied.The(NaBi)x(Li La)yBi2Nb2O9 ceramics sintered at 1130℃displayed the maximum density.When polarization voltage is 13kV/mm,the piezoelectric constant of(NaBi)x(Li La)yBi2Nb2O9 piezoelectric ceramics was the biggest.The(NaBi)x(Li La)yBi2Nb2O9 ceramics were assembled into compressed sensor,the sensitivity of the sensor was 51.96pC/g and the horizontal sensitivity was 0.7%when the test temperature was 25℃.When the vibration frequency was between 20Hz and 4000Hz,the deviation of sensitivity was between-10%and 10%.Besides,the deviation of sensitivity was all less than 12% when the test temperature was between 25℃ and 530℃.
