Preparation and application of YSZ thin films

  • 摘要: 研究了在NASICON基板上使用溅射法制备的YSZ薄膜的结构、晶相和导电性, 实验表明, 刚制备的YSZ薄膜经750 ℃常规退火处理后,薄膜表面致密、均匀、无裂纹, 具备良好的导电性能。YSZ/NASICON组合再加上Ba(NO3)2辅助电极构成的NOX气体传感器在450 ℃下响应迅速(响应时间约为3 min)、稳定, 能检测到10 ppm量级的NO2气体。

     

    Abstract: The structure, composition, crystal phase and conductivity of YSZ thin films, deposited on NASICON (Na+ Super Ionic Conductor) substrates by RF magnetron sputtering, were studied. The results showed that the YSZ films were condensed, crack-freeand transparent. The conductivity of the films is slightly higher than that of the sintering YSZ bulk. The NO2 sensors constructed by YSZ|NASICON|Ba(NO3)2 showed that its response time is about 3 min and it can detect NO2 gas at 10 ppm magnitude.
