Effect of Tb on Microstructure and Magnetostrictive Properties of Fe81Ga19 Alloy Sheets

  • 摘要: 添加稀土Tb改善Fe81Ga19本征磁致伸缩性能, 采用轧制法制备出0.3mm厚的合金薄带, 研究稀土Tb对Fe81Ga19合金薄带退火过程二次再结晶Goss织构与磁致伸缩性能的影响。结果表明: 稀土Tb的添加能有效抑制初次再结晶过程基体晶粒的长大, 诱导更加完善的二次再结晶, 最终获得磁致伸缩系数达245ppm的合金薄带。

     

    Abstract: The effect of rare earth Tb addition on the secondary recrystallization Goss texture and magnetostrictive properties of Fe81Ga19 alloy thin sheets was investigated by rolling method. The results showed that the addition of Tb can effectively inhibit the growth of primary recrystallization grains, induce more perfect secondary recrystallization, and finally magnetostrictive coefficient up to 245 ppm is obtained.
