含铅弛豫铁电材料合成过程中的烧录石相

PYROCHLORE IN SYNTHESIS PROCESS OF LEAD-BASED FERROELECTRIC RELAXOR

  • 摘要: Pb(B1,B2)O3型弛豫铁电材料由于其优异的介电性能而日益受到关注,但是,由于烧录石相的存在,很难获得纯钙钛矿相的Pb(B1B2)O3材料,因而影响对这类材料的研究及其应用。本文以PMN为例,从动力学和热力学角度阐述了烧录石相的形成原因,并且介绍了几种去除烧录石相的方法,以求对于含铅弛豫铁电材料中烧录石相的形成有一个较全面的认识。

     

    Abstract: Compositions in the perovskite family, having the general formula Pb(B1,B2)O3 and known as ferroelectric relaxors are of considerable interest. However, such materials are difficult to be fabricated without the appearance of a pyrochlore phase. In this paper, recent works on the kinetics and thermodynamics of the perovskite vs pyrochlore formation specially for PMN are analysed, and several methods of preparing pure perovskite phase are presented.
