硼酸镁陶瓷的微波介电性能研究

  • 摘要: 采用传统两步固相法合成了不同Mg/B摩尔比的硼酸镁陶瓷,并掺杂助烧剂来降低烧结温度,研究表明,在较宽的配方范围内,硼酸镁陶瓷具有低介低损耗。当Mg/B摩尔比为1.25:1时,10wt%的LBSCA玻璃相添加、900℃烧结的硼酸镁陶瓷具有优异的微波介电性能:εr=6.92,Q×f=31.8×103GHz(f=12GHz),可以作为一种LTCC技术的备选材料。

     

    Abstract: Magnesium borate ceramics with different Mg/B mole ratio were prepared by the traditional two steps solid-state reaction method.The addition of sintering aidswasused to lower the sintering temperature of ceramics.The result shown that magnesium borate microwave ceramics possessed low dielectric loss in a wide composition range. Whenthe Mg/B mole ratio was 1.25:1, 10 wt% LBSCA glass added magnesium borate ceramic sintered at 900℃ exhibited the optimum microwave dielectric performance with εr= 6.92, Q×f=31.8×103 GHz(f=12 GHz), indicating that this material is a candidate for LTCC technology application.
