半集总结构小型化带通滤波器的研究
A Research of Bandpass Filter with Miniaturization Based on Semi-lumped and Semi-distributed Structure

摘要: 此款带通滤波器的频率较低,波长较长,属于VHF波段,为保证尺寸的小型化,采用了半集总半分布结构的设计方法。而加工工艺上选取了先进的LTCC技术,确保了滤波器性能的优良。为了有效提高带外抑制,此款滤波器在以交叉耦合加入了传输零点的同时,又级联了两个滤波器。在经过电路仿真和电磁场三维仿真软件优化后,得出的测试结果均满足技术指标。滤波器的中心频率在170MHz,带宽60MHz,在50MHz至100MHz频率以及280MHz至400MHz频率上的衰减均优于20d B,尺寸仅为9mm×3.2mm×1.5 mm。Abstract: Due to the low frequency and long wavelength of the filter,it belongs to the VHF. In order to ensure its miniaturization,this filter is realized by semi-lumped and semi-distributed structure used in the design. To ensure its high performance,we use the LTCC technology which is advance in the world.The stopband rejection characteristics have been improved by cross coupling to adding transmission zeros and using the technology of filter cascading. Using the circuit simulation and 3D simulation software to optimize and simulate,the measured results of the filter satisfy its performance requirement. The centre frequency of the BPF at 170 MHz,its bandwidth is 60 MHz,between 50 MHz and 100 MHz the stop-band attenuation is more than 20 dB and the same between 280 MHz and 400 MHz. Its size of the fabricated filter is only 9mm × 3. 2 mm × 1. 5 mm.
